Forest City is currently working with the City of Denver on a fi nancing structure for the regional parks adjacent to Willow Park East known as the "P10 Parks." Discussions are positive and we expect to have more
information in the coming months. However, at this point in time, we do not have a set construction schedule or dates of completion for these parks.
Willow Park East's open spaces celebrate the windswept,
water-washed high prairie landscape. What makes these
parks truly unique is the artful harmony between the
natural and the designed. Native grasses and cottonwood
trees arranged in formal patterns. Rolling prairie landforms
stylized and recreated with a mix of natural and man-
made materials.
Here, the parks and greenways provide places to gather,
get away, embrace nature and escape the elements.
They give water a course to follow and wildlife a home.
Willow Park East has its soul in the city and its heart in
the Great Plains.
