Introducing two additions to Stapleton's top-ranked schools:
High Tech Elementary now open in the heart of the Conservatory
Green neighborhood; and Northfield High School, located on the
southeast corner of 56th Avenue and Central Park Boulevard.
At Stapleton, we're always upping the ante on energy-
efficiency. Our newest homes will meet or surpass the latest
ENERGY STAR 3.0 standards. Some will be energy neutral,
meaning they produce as much energy as they use. The
result will be a healthier environment and more money in
your pocket.
Every home in the Willow Park East neighborhood will
be connected to a bigger, faster fiber optic network
(compared to earlier Stapleton neighborhoods). For
internet download and upload speeds of 40 megabits
and 20 megabits per second respectively. (Standard is
about seven.) You'll be able to stream HD movies, play online
games, check your social networks and watch cat videos.
All at the same time.

Willow Park East continues a looser expression of the
established city street grid. Here the land is the inspiration,
and the streets take on a more organic sensibility. Still true
to Stapleton's urban pattern, just a bit more relaxed.
