Still so much new

at Central Park

Twenty years. That’s how long we’ve been crafting one of Denver’s most unexpected, most thoughtful, most sought-after communities. And while the new can’t go on forever (we’re building in our last neighborhood, the North End, now) there are a few things that can. Like our sense of wonder. Sense of possibility. And sense of community. That said, there’s still an abundance of new to come.

For a Final Opportunity,
there’s a lot of opportunity

We may be selling in our final neighborhood. But there’s still so much new to tour, see and fall in love with. Like new townhome and paired models by Brookfield Residential. New wee-Cottage™ by Boulder Creek Neighborhoods. New modern townhomes just steps from the A-Line commuter rail station. And new row homes by David Weekley. (And that’s just what’s new this year!) Come explore the 10 home collections still available in Central Park from the $500s to $2M+.

Going out with a Bang
In the North End

There’s nothing quite like our North End neighborhood. It’s the closest one to Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. It’s the one with the sweet waterslide (and our community’s biggest pool). It’s got pickleball courts. Really great parks. And it’s Central Park’s very last new neighborhood. Four builders are still going strong here, and you don’t want to miss it.

Get Pumped

Central Park’s first-ever pump track is now open. Made up of mini hills and banked turns, the track is a place for riders of all abilities to ride and learn more skills. Located just south of F54 Pool in North End the track is ready to ride now.
