While the location is great, Wonderland Homes is extremely proud of the architecture. 

Seth Hart, Senior Designer and Associate at DTJ Design, says it was a fun challenge to create something that was nice and elegant, despite the small footprint.

“Out here in Colorado, everyone wants outdoor living. I think the rooftop deck really sells these homes. Also, the homes have a volume space over the dining room with a bridge that connects the front bedroom to the back bedroom. The stairs also add a lot of drama to the home.”

Hart says he also gets nervous with new projects, but the end result is always worth it.

“When you know you’ve created something impactful, it’s pretty rewarding.”
