Spruce Townhomes by Northeast Denver Housing Center Selling Well at Central Park
Northeast Denver Housing Center (NDHC) is currently building the Spruce Townhomes. The 18-unit quality affordable housing development celebrated a groundbreaking event in mid-January. Demand for the units has been great, with all 18 units now sold. The marketing / broker are accepting back-up contracts on the 18 units and is preparing for the next phase currently in design by NDHC.
The Spruce Townhomes provide affordable homeownership opportunities to households making less than 80% of Denver’s area median income. A majority of the townhomes range in price from $160,000 to $198,500 and serve a diverse array of buyers. The family-friendly two-story homes offer four different floor plans, some with main floor master bedrooms.
NDHC’s listing broker Soledad Tobar, of Coldwell Banker, is looking forward to closing on the first 18 townhomes when construction is complete this fall. “Central Park is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in all of Denver; and the ability to provide quality, affordable housing options to people is another critical component to the entire area’s success,” said Soledad, who has personally represented NDHC for more than ten years. “The Spruce Townhomes are another great addition to Central Park.”
