In 2021 the Epworth Foundation has a goal to feed 7,500 families along the front range this Thanksgiving. Approximately 500 meals will be provided on Thanksgiving Day and over 7,500 gift cards will be distributed to families in need, so that a traditional Thanksgiving Day meal can be purchased from their grocery store.
This year’s supply chain challenges have affected the availability and cost of food, and has given them a unique opportunity to rethink how they strive to honor the legacy of “Daddy Bruce” Randolph. Additionally, they are returning to Daddy Bruce’s tradition of serving a nourishing meal on Thanksgiving Day.
Gift cards will be distributed on Saturday, November 13th and the cooked meals will be served on Thursday, November 25th at Epworth Church in northeast Denver.
