Whether you’re enjoying Mimosa’s on the roof-top patio at Four Friends Kitchen or enjoying all-you-can-eat meat at the Brazilian steakhouse Texas de Brazil; there’s something for a variety of different tastes.

To meet community needs and preferences, Central Park constantly strives to increase the diversity of its restaurants and continues to recruit new talent. Drake Real Estate Services confirmed seven restaurants in the works for the Shops at Conservatory Green: Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Tokyo Joe’s, Torchy’s Taco’s, Five Guys Burgers and Intersections Coffee, as well as Cuba Cuba.

Other tenants include Great Clips and Pacific Dental Services.

Progress continues.

It would be difficult to grow bored with the variety of new restaurants coming in. For pizza lovers: Brixx Wood Fired Pizza applies fine dining techniques to casual food and good beer to create the first Colorado location.

After discovering the coming Central Park implants, I was curious: What is Torchy’s Taco’s? It’s a unique Mexican food restaurant with interesting menu items. The Baja Shrimp and the Trailer Park are two options on my list.

Equally delicious are Five Guy Burgers, Cuba Cuba, Tokyo’s Joe’s and Jersey Mike’s Subs.

Especially exciting is the new coffee venture. Anyone heard of Intersections Coffee? I’m looking forward to the menu. Hopefully, there will be places to read and write while sipping java.
