A party on a new bridge in Central Park happened on Thursday as officials from Forest City (now Brookfield Properties) celebrated the new Central Park Boulevard overpass, which opens Monday.
“This is a bridge to opportunity,” said Paul Washington, executive director of the Denver Office of Economic Development.
John Lehigh, Forest City (now Brookfield Properties) CEO and president, said the new bridge finally provides access to “300 acres of prime real estate” the company hopes will be used by businesses for office developments.
