CENTRAL PARK DENVER KICKS OFF HOME SALES IN ITS FINAL NEIGHBORHOOD

North End Final

Final Phase in the North End Neighborhood Boasts 670 lots, 9 Home Builders

(DENVER) – November 23, 2020 –It has been 20 years since Central Park Denver began its transformation from airport to neighborhood and now the community is all grown up–home to nearly 33,000 residents, 12 neighborhoods, 60+ parks, seven community pools, 21 schools, and over 100 retail shops and award-winning restaurants. But the opportunity to buy a new home in Central Park is drawing to a close, with the official launch of sales kicking off this month in the final phase of Central Park’s 12th and final neighborhood– North End. This last section of the neighborhood is north of 61st Avenue, east of Dallas Street, at the northern edge of the community, where “a great city meets the great plains.” The final phase will consist of 670 homes from nine unique builders– introducing Brookfield Residential which will bring four new collections to the community.

“The final opportunity to build a new home in Denver’s 80238 is largely coming to a close with the launch of this last filing,” said Forrest Hancock, Director of Development for Brookfield
Properties Development. “The North End neighborhood stands as a fitting tribute to some of Central Park’s most exciting ideas. And yet, it is something altogether inspired in its own right–
the culmination of everything that we have learned from the last two decades.”

Staying true to Central Park’s DNA, the final neighborhood offers a variety of market rate home types at a wide variety of price points from the $400s to over $1M. The diversity of choice – in
shape, size, character and price – is an opportunity for anyone looking for a home to find one. The builders have taken their cues from the best of mid- century modern, craftsman, and “modern farmhouse” movement unto itself, inspired directly by Colorado’s high plains, designed intentionally to take advantage of the rolling landscape and sweeping views. Thrive Home Builders brings clean living to another level with their Vitality and Panacea collections which are built Zero Energy Ready, with features that improve health, comfort, and durability – not to mention lower energy bills. Central Park residents are 15 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from DIA and easy access to the Colorado A Line’s Central Park Station. Builders began to
receive their first lots in mid-November and construction may begin as soon as late December 2020.

Brookfield has partnered with the following builders for this latest lot release:

Boulder Creek Neighborhoods
Brookfield Residential
David Weekley Homes
Infinity Home Collection
KB Home
Lennar
Parkwood Homes
Thrive Home Builders
Wonderland Homes

Once complete, the North End neighborhood will consist of a total of around 1,300 homes. It is home to the community’s largest swimming pool, and the neighborhood also features a variety
of unique gathering spaces, like an elevated deck called “The Perch” and “Observation Point” meant to take in the breathtaking views. What gives North End its character is the variety and scale of nearby parks and open space. The surrounding high-plains landscape and adjacent Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, are shaped by large swaths of rolling landforms planted with native grasses, expansive greens that contrast the clear blue Colorado skies, and homes designed to take it all in.
