California-based John Burns Real Estate Consulting listed Central Park (formerly Stapleton) as number 11 in the top 50, master-planned communities.
The report is based on home sales, and Central Park is one of only four Colorado communities in the list.
Highlands Ranch is number 19, the Meadows in Castle Rock came in 46th, and Anthem Colorado was number 47.
