The Aster Town Center will open along Roslyn Way this spring, just two blocks north of the East 29th Avenue Town Center. The Aster apartments will be one block from the new library that’s also scheduled to open next year. Additionally, the apartments will be a short walk from Quebec Square, Denver’s 80-acre Central Park and the planned FasTracks stop.
The Aster’s first phase will include 85 one- and two-bedroom units.
The second community, Botanica Eastbridge Apartments, will also open this spring and will include 118 rental homes at E. 29th Drive and Geneva Court. The new apartments will be within a block of a neighborhood pool and park and a few minutes from the Fitzsimons Life Science District and Anschutz Medical Campus.
The complex will have one- and two-bedroom units in two- and three-story buildings.
“We have every reason to expect these new rental developments will receive an enthusiastic welcome from the market and further enhance the image as a community that offers a diversity of housing choices,” said John Lehigh, president of Forest City (now Brookfield Properties), the master developer.
