The Colorado Dragon Boat Festival (CDBF) has become the most recognized and celebrated Asian American/Pacific Islander cultural event in the Rocky Mountain region. The event includes, of course, the dragon boat races, Asian American entertainments and vendors, culture, food, gifts, music dance, and arts and crafts. The mission of the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival is to build bridges of awareness, knowledge and understanding between the diverse Asian Pacific American (APA) communities and the general public through cultural education, leadership development and athletic competition.
