The 2,900 square-foot outpost of California-based Dog Haus is officially serving up delicious fare in the Shops at Northfield. In addition to its full menu of hot dogs, sausages, burgers and shakes, the fast-casual eatery added a 700-square-foot biergarten complete with a fire pit and 24 taps of local craft beers.
“This will be Dog Haus’s first biergarten concept in Denver,” Bell explains, “and we feel this location is a perfect gathering spot for members of these communities to eat, drink, and enjoy the great Dog Haus vibe and our incredible patio,” said co-owner, Jason Bell to Westword.
This is the third Colorado location for the company and the 27th location nationwide — proving the popularity of Dog Haus’ 100% all natural, vegetarian-fed, hormone-and antibiotic-free, gourmet meats served on grilled Hawaiian rolls.
The decor aims towards modern-industrial, with the dining room and biergarten separated by a garage door.
“My business partner Brett and I have assembled a great team and we’re all looking forward to becoming an integral part of this amazing community,” said Bell. “In addition to great food, we’ll have nine HD-TV screens streaming sports and customized entertainment such as music videos and funny viral clips, as well as a gorgeous, 700-square-foot Biergarten complete with a fire pit where our guests can enjoy their favorite local craft beers, wine and cocktails in a relaxed setting” Bell shared with FastCasual.com.
Dog Haus is located at 8316 E. Northfield Blvd, Suite 1610 and open Sunday-Saturday at 11 a.m.
