The Great 80238 website and social media pages have debuted and are eye catching! The page and social media platforms were created by realtors and long-term residents Jeff Stahlhut and Michelle Jacobs. The pages are both informative and leave the viewer feeling positive.
The duo decided to create The Great 80238 as a fun one-stop shop for information they had been providing to their clients for years. It highlights the great things to do, the awesome amenities, and it features the people living or working in the community. Inspiration struck Jeff while reading an article about the 80238 in the Denver Business Journal. He wanted to celebrate the aspects he loved about the community. He introduced the idea to Michelle who began envisioning the layout. Their goal is for the site to become a resource for people looking for information about The Great 80238 and surrounding areas; but more importantly, “We hope more people smile, say hello and share good times over a drink or two,” says Jeff.
An aspect that Michelle loves most about living in Denver’s 80238 is the sense of community she feels. She shared that, “I lived here for a while, but Denver was never home until I moved to The Great 80238.” This feeling was created even before Michelle moved-in; during the construction phase, she would meet neighbors and they would have a chance to get to know one another, and bond over the fact they were pioneers in this development.
While the name is focused on the 80238, it includes information for the surrounding areas as well. Their event calendar covers events happening in Aurora, Park Hill, the Stanley Market Place, and they are continuing to extend their net to include even more.
