Helping Northeast Denver Families this Thanksgiving

Commemorating the spirit and generosity of “Daddy Bruce” Randolph, the Epworth Foundation and its sponsors have distributed hundreds of thousands of Thanksgiving dinner baskets to Colorado residents and all in need during this annual volunteer-focused event. Each year an average of 37,000 people are fed through the Denver Feed-a-Family program and over 350,000 pounds of food are distributed. Volunteers assist with gathering food from delivery trucks, stuffing baskets and giving them away throughout the day.

A great Northeast Denver tradition, the annual Epworth Foundation Thanksgiving Basket Program, is in need of donations.  A donation of  $30 you can provide a basket with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, macaroni and cheese, cake mix, jiffy mix, and cranberries: enough for a family of 8, with a little left over for the pantry. DONATE NOW!

All baskets are put together and delivered the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
