The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver recognized Infinity at its 32nd annual BAR Awards last month.
The Central Park homebuilder not only won Detached Home of the Year for its Pure collection, but:
- Green Home of the Year for its Lime product (the 2011 HGTV Green Home at Central Park was inspired by the collection).
- Best Architectural Design (Detached Home – $400,001 to $500,000) for Lime.
- Best Architectural Design (Detached Home – $500,001 to $700,000) for Pure.
- Best Interior Design (Detached Home – $500,000 to $700,000) for Pure.
“We haven’t stopped moving forward … these awards continue to demonstrate that we’re a design leader in new homes,” said Dave Steinke, Infinity’s general manager. “We really don’t believe in following – we believe in setting the pace.”
The BAR awards mark achievements across the new-home industry, and this isn’t the first time Infinity Home Collection has been noticed.
“We’ve won home of the year for each collection we’ve created at Central Park over the past seven years,” Steinke said.
Infinity’s full Lime collection is also LEED-certified, which is a measurement of energy efficiency established by the U.S. Green Building Council.
