Among the many joys of selling homes, finding the perfect fit for growing families is at the top of my list. Not only do you get to assist families with finding the balance between their needs and wants, you play an integral role in shaping their life stories for years to come.
I had the opportunity to be reminded of this recently when I sold another home in Central Park. With all of the real estate products available in in the community, it was easy to begin and finish in search for them in this growing community.
David and Jennifer were living on Denver’s west side and had never really considered Central Park as an option.
During our initial interview, I discovered a few things that helped me guide them to their new home; I knew we wouldn’t have to look further than Central Park.
They loved the outdoors and were very active hikers, campers and runners. They also have a dog (Simon), enjoy gardening and are expecting their first child soon. They love the environment and are committed to living an eco-friendly lifestyle in a diverse neighborhood.
Basically, they were seeking a home in a community that would complement their love of the outdoors, values and growing family.
Central Park definitely fit the bill.
I located a single-family home that suited them perfectly in South End neighborhood, built by KB Home.
It’s beautiful, diverse and it fits their lifestyle perfectly. With three bedrooms, a garden, room for a nursery, David and Jennifer found their ideal, move-in ready home just waiting for them.
Their new home is steps away from dog park, Central Park and community garden. There are 38 miles of walking and bike trails, six community pools and a public library.
Once their new child is of age, there are 11 highly rated schools a short walk or drive away.
More than anything, they are in love with a home that will grow with them, and that’s gratifying for all of us.
