Traveling through Park Hill, one can find small enclaves of shops and businesses that serve its residents and surrounding neighborhoods. The corner of 22nd and Kearney is a perfect example of this. There you will find Bang hair salon, Ciji’s pet store, The Grape Vine liquor store, Cake Crumbs bakery, Dardano’s dance studio, Tables restaurant, a veterinary office, Obilo’s Pizza, and more. This fun and eclectic city block is just minutes from Central Park.
Another popular block in Park Hill is 23rd and Cherry Street, home to Adagio’s bakery, The Cherry Tomato restaurant, a dog grooming/daycare shop, a flower shop, a book store, and the famous Spinelli’s market.
The Elm has become south Park Hill’s popular neighborhood bar, and is situated next to Jett, an Asian restaurant and bar on Colfax and Elm. Another new tenant who moved to south Park Hill recently is Marzycks, located at the corner of Fairfax and offers specialty food items, a meat market, delicatessen and a popular wine store. Across the street from Marzyck’s is The Abbey Tavern, an Irish pub/restaurant and the soon to open, Nuggs Ice Cream shop.
