Thrive Home Builders has recently been recognized in the home building industry for their commitment to energy-efficient homes and quality of management. This year Thrive has won the Department of Energy (DOE) Housing Innovation Grand Award, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Indoor airPLUS Leader of the Year award, and the National Housing Quality (NHQ) Silver award.

Since 2013, The DOE Housing Innovation Awards have honored the very best in innovation on the path to zero-energy-ready homes by recognizing forward-thinking builders who are delivering American homebuyers a better homeowner experience.  Thrive’s Panacea home collection received the  DOE 2019 GRAND Award for Innovation in Housing.

The EPA Indoor airPLUS Leader of the Year award was presented to Thrive for their dedication to designing and building homes with improved indoor-air quality. Thrive is the largest Indoor airPLUS builder in Colorado and built over 250 homes that earned the Indoor airPLUS label last year.

Finally, NHQ is the home building industry’s top award for quality management. It is awarded to home builders by home builders. The NHQ Award can help home builders increase profitability, improve customer satisfaction, and sell more homes. Award entries are judged by fellow Platinum award-winning builders who provide insight and advice on Leadership, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, Customer Satisfaction, Human Resources, Construction Quality, Trade Relationships and Business Results. Thrive submitted their first NHQ Award application in 2018 and won the Bronze. The insight provided by the judges in 2018 guided their 2019 goals for continuous improvement, ultimately earning the NHQ Silver Award in 2019!
