New Home Locations

Residents in the E. 29th Avenue Neighborhood will have a few new neighbors soon!

KB Home is building six paired homes from its Villa Collection near the southwest corner of Martin Luther King Jr. and Central Park boulevards.  The homes will be priced in the mid-$200,000s and face Uinta Street between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and E. 29th Place.

Wonderland Homes will also build its Courtyard Collection in the neighborhood. Priced in the low $300,000s, the homes will be located on an 8,000-square-foot green space and have garages with alley access.

Additionally, this area of the E. 29th Avenue Neighborhood will have affordable, for-sale homes along the front of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard from Uinta Street to Central Park Boulevard and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to E. 29th Place. Stay tuned for more information about these homes!

Planned Gas Station

A new retailer could be moving into a development area south of the Stapleton Fellowship Church in the old Hangar 61 (at the corner of Central Park and Montview boulevards).

The business would include a convenience store with gasoline services. More to come soon!
