Drury Inn & Suites is scheduled to complete construction and open next summer. The new hotel will feature 180 rooms, more than 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, exercise/fitness facilities and indoor/outdoor pool, all within a short distance to shops and restaurants at The Shops at Northfield.
United Properties has broken ground on its first phase of the Enterprise Business Center. Phase one is a 514,500-square-foot cross-dock distribution building suited for tenants seeking 125,000 square feet of space or more. The business center will offer modern, high bay, Class A distribution space with ample truck parking. Construction will be complete February 2014, with occupancy available as early as March 2014.
Staybridge Suites is under construction and on track to open December 2013. The 102 unit, four story, 90,000-square-foot property will include amenities such as an outdoor pool and fitness center.
The 352-unit Aster Conservatory Green Apartments is now leasing in the new Conservatory Green neighborhood. The Aster Conservatory Green apartments offers urban-inspired living across from The Shops at Northfield, private garages, upgraded finishes, hickory flooring and Energy-star appliances. Aster Conservatory Green Apartments is a Brookfield Properties property, and construction will be complete in summer 2014.
Construction is currently underway at The Greenways now Overture, which will be a 108-unit, age-qualified, market rate apartment community in the heart of Central Park. The Overture has a projected completion date of mid-summer 2014, and the community will have a mix of one-, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments as well as two bedrooms with a den. Developed by Horizon Development Group, Inc., a Wisconsin based full-service design, construction and management firm.
