“Placing housing units in communities of opportunity where you find good transportation access, shopping, jobs and schools is key for the long term well being of residents and their dependents,” said Getabecha “Gete” Mekonnen, Executive Director, Northeast Denver Housing Center Inc. “NDHC is proud to continue building affordable housing with such character as Moline Apartments does- a well-placed and built home.”

This three story apartment building will provide 180 units of much needed affordable rentals to the Denver area, offering 69 one bedroom, 69 two bedrooms and 42 three bedroom apartments serving households making less than 60% of the area median income.
