As Central Park’s master plan unfolds, Infinity Home Collection attracts 29 buyers beyond $1 million mark; five homes ready now

When Central Park’s master plan began unrolling from the site of Denver’s old airport two decades ago, few could have imagined that the seven-square-mile community would one day attract homes approaching a million dollars. Now Central Park has a Commuter Rail Station close to its midpoint that carries riders west into Union Station, east to DIA – and a few minutes away, buyers are clamoring for imaginative visions by Infinity Home Collection of Central Park’s new urbanlifestyle, ones that push well beyond that $1 million mark.

You can still find a few Infinity Home designs from around $800,000 in Central Park’s new Wicker Park neighborhood, north of The Shops at Northfield; but already dozens of buyers have pushed Infinity way, way beyond – including 29 that have closed or contracted on million-dollar projects, eight of them just over the past two months.
